how to buy online

Shopping at Dancing Supply is very simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Use our SHOP menu and find the item you would like to buy.
We are certain you will find what you are looking for!

2. If you are looking for something specific, you can use filters (price, category, and color) and sort products by different criteria (latest items, price from lowest to highest, price from highest to lowest, etc.).

3. Have you found what you are looking for? Select the desired size, color, width, and add the items you want to your cart. When you have finished adding products, go to the cart and select the ‘Checkout’ option.

4. To process your purchase, we recommend you register an account as this will make it easier to track its status. Nevertheless, you can complete your order with just your basic contact information (name, surname, address, phone number and email).

5. To complete the process, select your payment method.

7. All done? Now you can confirm your order and very soon you will be enjoying your purchase!

 

Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.

Payment can be made online by credit card at the checkout page.

Because shipping charges vary greatly based upon weight, dimensions, and final destination, they are determined & calculated on the website (not including any applicable tax) upon placing your order.

No, you don’t need to register to be able to shop at Dancing Supply, we just need your contact information for delivery. We would still recommend you to register an account as this will make it easier to track your order.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive your order summary by email. If you created an account on our website and logged in before placing your order, you may also see its details from My account – Orders.

If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order by yourself. But you may contact us, and if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it for you.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you cannot modify it by yourself. If you would like to get your order modified, please contact us as soon as possible, and if it hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll modify it for you!

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Next, it usually takes about 7 business days for your order to reach you if you order from the EU, about 14 business days if you order from the UK, and up to 4-8 weeks if you order from the US or other countries.

Additional delays may occur due to the customs handling process in your country.

You can check your order status and its tracking number from My account – Orders.

If you don’t have an account on our website and placed your order as a guest, please contact us and we’ll provide you information about your order.

You have 14 days from the date of reception of your items to return them.

Items must not have been used, altered, or washed, and must have their original labels on.

Please note that the return costs are at your charge

You can exchange an item by returning it and then placing a new order of a desired item.   

You can either create the order right away or await the refund of your returned order.  

We refund you the amount of the item(s) returned using the same payment mode that you selected when ordering, within 14 working days from the date of our reception of your parcel in our depot.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please wait 14 working days after reception of your returned item(s) in our depot.

If, after 14 working days, following reception of your parcel in our depot, you still haven’t received a refund, please contact our customer service department using the contact section of our website.

Remember to include your order number and a proof of return when you send us an email so that we can deal with your request more quickly and efficiently.

Please contact our customer service, indicate your order number and add some photos showing the defect. We’ll come back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Sizing

Our shoe sizing is based on the European (French) scale.

Most of our shoes have same sizing as regular street shoes. If for some particular model this is not the case, you will see a note at the moment of picking your size.

Width wise, in women’s the medium/standard width is a ‘B’ fitting, and a wide fitting is 6 mm / 0.25 inch wider.
